The Hybrid Work Maturity Model consists of four stages: Hybrid Work Observer (6.5%), Hybrid Work Adopter (47.2%), Hybrid Work Champion (37.8%), and Hybrid Work Innovator (8.6%). Most organizations fall into the Adopter stage, where they are beginning to explore hybrid work models while predominantly working in the office.
What factors drive successful work transformation?
The primary driver of work transformation is increased productivity, cited by 48% of respondents. Other significant drivers include business agility (39%), improved partner and customer engagement (39%), and enhanced employee engagement (36%).
