The Hybrid Work Maturity Model consists of four stages: Hybrid Work Observer (6.5%), Hybrid Work Adopter (47.2%), Hybrid Work Champion (37.8%), and Hybrid Work Innovator (8.6%). Most organizations fall into the Adopter stage, where they are beginning to explore hybrid work models while predominantly working in the office.
